When you join us, we'll value the fact that you have recent experience of the trainee solicitor recruitment market, and we'd like to think you're the people best placed to help us recruit our future trainee solicitors.
As part of your ongoing development, we hope that you will help us with ours. Working closely with the trainee solicitor recruitment team, we'll look to you to attend law fairs and help us promote the firm.
It'll also be your responsibility to look after our vacation placement students. Working closely with HR, you'll help recruit them and organise the week they spend with us.
Promoting the firm isn't just about recruitment though. By playing an active part in the firm's social activities, you'll act as our ambassadors - whether it's through the Trainee Solicitors Groups in your area, or by participating in a sporting event with other firms or clients.
