You'll be expected to put in a great deal of hard work in order to qualify, but there'll be a large, experienced team around you, to help you succeed.
We offer the following support network throughout the two year training programme:
The Beachcroft Academy
Based in Bristol, the Beachcroft Academy develops, organises and delivers a wide-ranging programme of courses for staff at all levels, including trainee solicitors. This Academy acts as the point of contact for the Professional Skills Course, other in-house training and general central support for trainee solicitors.
Training Principal
The partner who has overall responsibility for our trainee solicitors and oversees their whole training process.
Location Training Partners
There are Location Training Partners in each of the training offices. These partners are working solicitors, who have the additional responsibility of co-ordinating, monitoring and planning training programmes and seat schedules for each trainee solicitor.
Supervisors
Probably a partner or senior solicitor, your supervisor is the member of your team who'll allocate your work day to day, ensuring you get the appropriate experience and level of responsibility - without getting out of your depth. They'll also be responsible for your end of seat review.
Other trainee solicitors
Upon joining you'll meet a large group of trainee solicitors who all feel just like you do. There will be plenty of second year trainees who'll show you around, help you settle in and give you any help you need with issues such as organising your studies.
