As well as being reviewed and advised every day, we hold more formal sessions in the middle and at the end of each seat.
These are useful opportunities to identify what you're doing well and where you need more work or training.
The End of Seat review meetings are documented and added to your training record, so that subsequent supervisors can make sure you're getting exactly the right help.
