“I think as a trainee there's always the worry it will take some time to integrate – that maybe you won't fit into what's an already functioning team – at Beachcroft it's not like that at all. You're a valued member of the team from day one – being given work which challenges and progresses you. There is a real emphasis on the well being of all new graduates. The training is well structured and definitely a priority within the firm as a whole. They seem to know how important it is to nurture not only talent but also the well being of their employees - so many want to stay on after they qualify to achieve great things as the firm expands. You do get a sense of this in the assessment days – I was really impressed by the friendly and open attitude, as well as the diverse range of skills they tested. I think all-in-all well-rounded, down to earth people are attracted to the firm, so if that sounds like you, I think you'll find it a perfect fit.”
