“I applied to many graduate programmes, but what really stood out to me about Beachcroft was the diversity – in every sense of the word. The teams here are culturally diverse and there is a real sense of community which pervades the firm. Their modern, forward thinking, unstuffy approach touches every area of their practice and as such, we all benefit from each other's strengths and key areas of expertise. An open door policy across all levels further cements that friendly, relaxed, yet driven culture. The areas of work – real, live hands-on work – are also very diverse. To me that was a big selling point. I'm gaining exposure to the whole commercial spectrum across an impressive client list. My supervisors are genuinely interested in me and my future definitely looks good, particularly with the continued expansion of the firm which will bring with it an even greater variety of work and opportunity for ambitious graduates such as myself.'
