“I had a year between finishing my LPC and starting my training contract and so Beachcroft offered me a paralegal job in the Corporate department. It has been a great way to make the transition from studying to real world practice a very smooth one. I believe they often offer these opportunities, which is an indication of the importance they put on supporting their trainees – it really is one of the most helpful and friendly environments to learn the ropes in – everyone is so down to earth. Once you start your programme, you get a really good range of seats and the relatively small number of trainees means you get dedicated support and you never feel awkward or embarrassed asking questions. I'd say the staff retention rates (which are excellent) are a good indication of what a great place this is.”
