More than just a place to work
We know how important it is to strike the right balance between your professional and personal life, which is why we encourage a healthy approach to the work that needs to be done. If it's busy, we'll expect you to put in the occasional late night, but on the whole we think that if the job's finished, it's time to go home.
We're not all from a traditional law background and it's our individual interests and diverse mix which bring the team alive. Whether it's a mountain bike race, voluntary work or organising a summer party for your colleagues, there are many opportunities to get involved in the firm's social scene.
We'd like to say we encourage our trainee solicitors to socialise, but the truth is, they don't need much encouragement. From organising a running team and taking part in a half marathon to performing a karaoke duet with one of the partners at a social committee evening, there's an opportunity to get to know each other outside work, whatever your interests.
In fact, whether you're organising events or just attending, we hope you'll enjoy all that our vibrant city locations have to offer.
