Everyone benefits from our fully integrated learning and development strategy which includes a comprehensive induction to the firm as well as regular appraisals and feedback, structured training programmes and career development opportunities. Our training intranet enables you to access everything online, which means you can have more input into your own development.
On joining Beachcroft LLP you'll be given a thorough induction to the firm, including training on our systems and an introduction to the way we work. You'll also be brought up to date on any IT skills and packages relevant to your role.
Your development will continue with regular reviews where you can discuss development plans and training needs with your line manager. Throughout your career, you'll have ongoing access to any new skills training depending on your individual development need.
For specialist support roles we also provide support to achieve a relevant professional qualification.
