Recruitment Process
We believe that recruitment is a two-way process helping us both to decide whether we're right for each other. We've designed our procedures to be simple, transparent and easy to engage with, so that ultimately we can all make the right decision.
For some roles, we will use psychometric and case-study tools to give you the best chance of showing us how you like to work and what you can do, but we'll always let you know in advance what to expect from the process, and we'll provide you with detailed feedback at every stage whether you're successful or not.

We know that confidentiality is of the utmost importance when you're looking for another job. We will treat your application in the strictest of confidence and all documentation will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

Referencing
Naturally, we have a responsibility to manage risk on our own and our clients' behalf. So we'll ask you to make a declaration as part of the application process and will take up employment references, including checks on qualifications.

Unfortunately, we are unable to employ anyone who doesn't have the right to work in the UK or to sponsor work permits, unless we are unable to recruit from UK or EU sources.
