The team offers practical advice and support to the business in performance and change management, recruitment, employee relations, learning and development and reward. FinanceOur Finance team provides support to the firm in management accounting, billing, credit control, purchase and payments management and budgeting as well as providing financial input to support the firm's strategic decision-making processes. The finance team plays a vital role in managing risk and financial performance for the firm. Information TechnologyThe IT department provides a reliable and efficient service based on leading-edge applications and systems to help ensure the ongoing and continued success of our business. We also have dedicated IT trainers. MarketingOur Marketing team combines strategic input to business planning and development with specialist support in areas such as marketing communications, events and media relations. Our approach to marketing is to focus on specific, tailored activity for our key clients, requiring expert input from marketing professionals. Business DevelopmentThe Business Development Team comprises a team of Business Development Managers and a Bid Team. Our Business Development Managers devise and implement client and sector-based development strategies that are aligned with the firm's corporate aims and overall strategy. The Bid Team provides bid-management and production services to all Partners across the firm. Information ResourcesThe Information Resources team manages and develops the firm's information and knowledge resources. It provides a wide range of services including managing several large collections of hard copy and desktop information sources, enquiry support, training and business research. It also plays a key role in the firm's customer relationship and knowledge management initiatives. Business IntelligenceThe mission of the Business Intelligence Team is to support the firm by providing quality business information cost-effectively and on time. Business Intelligence provides an innovative, responsive and proactive information and advisory service supporting the business research needs of the firm. Professional Support LawyersOur network of Professional Support Lawyers is responsible for developing and implementing procedures for sharing legal knowledge and expertise and creating a centralised knowledge management system. This includes preparing and maintaining precedents, conducting internal and external know-how sessions and drafting updates and briefings. |
