Everyone benefits from our fully integrated learning and development strategy which includes a comprehensive induction to the firm as well as regular appraisals and feedback, structured training programmes and career development opportunities. Our training intranet enables you to access everything online, which means you can have more input into your own development.
The Beachcroft LLP Academy provides a foundation for you to acquire all the specialist knowledge and technical skills you need. We've developed bespoke in-house training with established universities, which can lead to externally accredited diplomas.
We'll support and encourage you to develop your career whatever stage you're at. For example, on promotion to Associate you'll be involved in the Associate Development Programme - helping you hone the management and business skills you'll need to progress to Partner level. We also have a modular induction and training programme for new Partners.
